buah4 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing Account at any time, in its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. buah4 strongly recommends that you:

You agree that all activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals initiated — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified buah4 in writing of unauthorised access to your Account. buah4 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security, except where such losses are directly attributable to buah4's own negligence.
